Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was lovely and quaint, really clean and comfortable. It was beautiful, had everything you'd expect, and was comfy and warm. However, it was above the kitchens so there was a constant smell of chips and quite a lot of flies in the room.
The room contained a fascinating history with a four poster bed and period furniture, but being far from the router made the stay a bit inconvenient. The service ranged from being abrupt and unpleasant to exceptional and professional. The location was ideal in the city center but slightly tricky to find. The dining experience offered good breakfast options but could improve on staff attitude. Overall, a hotel with character and room for enhancement.
